Your data, clearly explained.
We collect almost nothing. Here is exactly what, and why.
The short version
PepSpotter has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, no analytics and no advertising. We do not set cookies or store anything in your browser.
What we receive
Like any website, our hosting provider, Vercel, receives technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. It is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, not to identify or follow you.
Your settings
The destination and currency you choose last only while the page is open. On a comparison they can appear in the web address, so a link you share opens the same view.
When you email us
If you write to hello@pepspotter.com, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply and to act on your request. Namecheap hosts our email. We keep messages only as long as we need them to deal with your request.
Vendors’ sites
When you follow a link to a vendor, the vendor’s own privacy policy applies. We share nothing about you with vendors.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the site. Namecheap provides the domain and hosts our email. The price data is stored with Supabase; it contains no personal information.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@pepspotter.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes too.
