These terms apply to pepspotter.com, run by PepSpotter. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
What PepSpotter is
A price comparison of products that third-party vendors offer for research use. PepSpotter does not sell, supply, test or ship any product and is not a party to any purchase.
Research use only; not medical advice
Nothing on the site is medical, health or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or use any product. Products are listed as their vendors offer them, for research use. Check the laws that apply to you before buying anything.
Prices and availability
Prices, stock and other details are read from vendors’ public pages once a day and can change at any time. Prices exclude shipping, tax and duties; converted prices use the European Central Bank’s reference rate of the date shown. We work to keep everything accurate but cannot guarantee it: the vendor’s own page and checkout are final.
Vendors and their sites
Links take you to vendors’ own sites, which have their own terms and privacy policies. A listing on PepSpotter is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for a vendor’s products, service, delivery or content.
Using the site fairly
You may use the site for your own research and comparison. Please do not copy its data in bulk, interfere with how it works, or suggest a connection with PepSpotter that does not exist.
No warranty; limits of liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, PepSpotter is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any purchase you make from a vendor.
